V is the Cyborg AU ♡ version of Viroid. This is an idealized version of Viroid, based entirely on how Xiph sees them, as the real Viroid has given little input.

Personality

V keeps up a cool and mysterious attitude. They're not roaming this post-apocalypse to make friends. However, their lack of social experience does make proper espionage difficult. They're also easily flustered, much to Doc's amusement. V is accustomed to violence and has confidence when it comes to fighting monsters. Their experience with magic is minimal, as they prefer to stick to the cities.

Abilities

V looks more robotic than the other two, but they all have pretty even amounts of original flesh left. V's cybernetics are just more obvious This also makes their limbs easier to remove and replace. V's strength is above average, but their skills are more intended for speed, stealth, and flexibility. Defense-wise, their robotic parts hold up well, but the rest of them is normal squishy flesh. Their vital parts are still very vulnerable. V may only have one eye, but that eye is very advanced. It can even zoom in on stuff. The antennae can pick up signals, letting them connect to radio with their brain.

History

V's exact origins are unknown, but they're presumably from an abandonded labratory, similar to the others. V has made a reputation for themself as a hacker and thief. They'd heard rumors of other cyborgs in the area, but never cared to investigate them until it was relevant to a job. A local gang leader hired V to take out Doctor, thinking V would have an advantage as a cyborg and tech expert. V tracked Doc for a few days and made an attempt approaching them under the guise of needing maintenence help. V had a moment of hesitation after how friendly and flirty Doc was while repairing them, but still attempted killing them. Doc kicked their ass. The two make a deal not to kill each other, with Doc protecting V from the gang leader if they drop the job. This eventually leads to them being friends and fuckbuddies.

• V identifies as butch. While they present masculine and have had top surgery, they aren't entire removed from their femininity.
• V is the only cyborg with all their original vital organs. That torso is all natural.
