Unoffically titled "Do Robots Dream of Electric Sex?" or "Xiphoid's Process". This story follows maintenance bot Xiphoid as they develop tech that allows robots to have sex. It involves a lot of robot-on-robot sex and violence. Despite being primarily focused on sex and relationships, the story has been described as "extremely aroace". Setting
The world is a not-so-distant future where companies have developed near-human AI and begun using it in robots to replace human workers. The company Xiphoid works for has yet to be named, but it's supposedly the best in the business currently. This company has a building intended for research and develepment, as well as maintenance on broken bots. This maintenance section of the building used to be staffed by humans, but has since been entirely replaced by the Xiphoid model. Humans presumably still work in other parts of the building.
The story takes place entirely within this maintenace wing. Each character has their own reasons for being kept within this section, and none of them have any motivation to leave. The majority of the events don't even leave Xiphoid's office.
