Feeling happy, feeling sad

 Big happy smile, drops to uncertain frown

Drawing good and drawing bad

 Confident sparkly Moe, something bonks them on the head and they go scribbly

Can't hold a pencil or a thought

 Something is thrown to Moe and they juggle it trying to catch

Can't paint myself something I'm not

 Trips and splats. Defeated.

Feeling every day the same

 Montage of things growing and aging, Moe stays.

Up and down on every frame

 They're getting tossed around but they're bouncy

Trying to make that old deadline

 Balancing too many things! Being crushed
